Sara Lee, the esteemed founder of Elux, established the company in 2007 as a renewable energy enterprise, subsequently expanding into financial advisory, brand launching, and trading. As a direct descendant of over six generations of high-ranking Korean government officials and diplomats, Sara embodies the essence of a global citizen. Her upbringing and professional career have taken her to more than ten cities worldwide, including Seoul, Tokyo, Dhaka, Vienna, Okinawa, Hamburg, Bahrain, Paris, Hong Kong, and Dubai. Sara's linguistic prowess spans English, Korean, French, German, Japanese, Portuguese, Italian, and Chinese.
A proud alumnus of HEC Paris, Sara holds an MBA from the prestigious institution. She has leveraged her extensive knowledge and an unquenchable thirst for challenges in various high-profile roles, such as CFO for a London-based private equity fund, sales and business development professional for global financial institutions like Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Société Générale, and private banking under the Credit Suisse banner in Hong Kong.
Sara's impressive global business and investment experience also include noteworthy tenures at LVMH Christian Dior Couture in Paris (international luxury marketing), Mirae Asset in Seoul, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the Republic of Korea, where she led the protocol team for the ASEM & APEC Summit in Seoul. Among her many accomplishments, Sara has left her mark as a TV reporter and master of ceremonies for UN conferences.
